Hello, I’m Karah.
Before I ever became a coach, an advocate, or a business owner, I was a woman on a long, quiet road of rebuilding a life from the inside out.
I know what it’s like to live in the “messy middle”—the days where your hair is a disaster, your boundaries feel shaky, and the only thing keeping you grounded is the loyal presence of a dog. The I can’t get out of bed, music blaring to numb yourself moments.
I don’t just “understand” the struggle; I’ve lived it.
This is Me:
My journey didn’t start with learning trauma awareness from textbooks or certifications—I learned it by surviving what tried to break me. My work is built on the foundation of lived experience, deep self-study, and the relentless process of rebuilding myself one day at a time. I know exactly what it feels like to lose your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of self. More importantly, I know what it takes to reclaim them.
The Foundation:
But I didn’t stop at survival. I am a Certified Life Coach, trained through the Life Purpose Institute and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My work sits at the intersection of professional training, lived experience, trauma awareness, practical problem-solving, and the ability to look at a complicated situation from the outside and see what may be difficult to recognize from within it.
I don’t believe every problem requires months of coaching. Sometimes you need one focused conversation to talk something through. And sometimes you need someone with no personal stake in the situation to look at the whole story, help you untangle it, and give you an outside perspective, realistic options, questions to consider, and practical direction.
The Mission:
My mission is two-fold: Advocacy and Empowerment. Through advocacy, I want you to know you are not alone. I want to help you understand what you’re experiencing, find your voice, recognize your strength, and know that your story matters.
Through my work with Open Arms Sanctuary, I also want to give you somewhere to turn when life gets messy and you can’t see the situation clearly anymore. Whether we’re talking one-on-one, I’m helping you untangle a specific problem through Personal Clarity & Direction, or you’re learning through something I’ve written or created, my role isn’t to make your decisions for you. It’s to help you understand what you’re looking at, recognize what may be within your control, explore realistic options, and find a direction that makes sense for you.
I bring together my coaching skills, trauma awareness, lived experience, empathy, pattern recognition, and straightforward problem-solving. I won’t sugarcoat reality, but I won’t strip the humanity out of it either.
My Approach:
I stay in my lane. I don’t diagnose, treat, or replace therapy, and I don’t promise a ‘transformation’ in a week. Real healing isn’t a straight line, and I don’t pretend that it is.
My approach is direct, grounded, and emotionally honest. I don’t sugarcoat reality, and I don’t minimize your pain. I meet you exactly where you are today, holding a safe, steady space for the woman you are becoming.
Why am I doing this as a “Trauma-Aware”:
There is a difference between being ‘Trauma-Informed’ through a textbook and being Trauma-Aware through experience. My awareness isn’t a clinical designation; it is a lived reality.
Because I have navigated narcissistic abuse, no-contact, and the reclamation of my own voice, I can meet you in the dark without flinching. I provide a safe, grounded space where your past is respected, but our focus remains on your future.
Because I know the weight of being silenced. I know what it’s like to be dismissed or told your story is ‘too much’ to carry. For too long, you’ve been asked to carry things no one should have to hold alone.
I do this because I also know the exact moment the light shifts—the moment you realize you are allowed to take up space, set uncompromising boundaries, and choose yourself without apology. That is the moment I help women reach. I do this so you can stop navigating life in chaos and start navigating it with clarity. You are not broken; you are reclaiming the person you were always meant to be.

I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to help you see more clearly, understand what you’re facing, and find your way forward.
Be yourself, you’re lovely.

“Your story matters. Your voice matters. Your boundaries matter. I’m listening to all of it. “
